“New Orleans, La. ....August 8, 2003 The Jefferson Parish Krewe of Mercury last Friday named Ms Angelle Suhor to the most honored position of Queen.
The Mercury 2004 Queen was crowned on her birthday this past Friday evening at Impastato's Restaurant in Metairie. Ms. Angelle Suhor (pronounced like "angel"), is the daughter of Loretta Ford Scharworth and niece of Bobby Suhor. She is 24, a graduate of Cabrini High School and is currently employed by the New Orleans Saints as a Customer Service Representative in their ticket office. Angelle will be accompanied by maids: Elizabeth Wahlen, Denise Bergeron, Wendi Sisemore, Sharon Aldridge & Kristin Keller. We'll bring you a more complete report soon.
